4:00 PM — Oliver Winery Beer & Wine Garden opens
4:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM — Small Town Wood Carving
4:00 PM — Smokey Bear Meet & Greet
4:00 PM–10:00 PM — Fun Zone open; included with gate admission
4:00 PM–10:00 PM — Free balloon animals for the first 50 children
5:00 PM–8:00 PM — $20 tethered balloon rides (Purchase tickets in the Smiley Balloon tether line.)
3:00 PM–6:00 PM — Learn how to Braille at the VIPS booth
3:30 PM — Kiwanis Idols Izzy Jones and Tiara Abraham
4:00 PM–5:00 PM — Jo and Kev
4:00 PM–10:00 PM — Trackless train rides

6:00 PM–10:00 PM — Bedford Jeepers Jeep Show & Shine
6:30 PM–8:00 PM — Balloon Mass Launch
7:30 PM–8:30 PM — Tony Walker & The 2nd Half Band (Autographs by a former Indianapolis Colts player immediately following the performance.)
8:30 PM–9:00 PM — Balloon Glow (Watch the balloons light up their burners after sunset.)
9:00 PM–11:00 PM — Big Fun Band
10:00 PM — Fireworks by Wagler Pyrotechnics
11:00 PM — Event grounds close
Important Festival Information
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for the live entertainment.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Food and drinks will be available from festival vendors.
The schedule is tentative and subject to change.
Balloon launches, Balloon Glow presentations, tethered rides, fireworks, and other activities may be changed or canceled because of weather or safety conditions.
Camping is available through West Boggs Park.
